Fast and friendly service and a reasonable price. It can get busy on a weekend so best to order your food ahead over the phone.

Food good, but was told 30 mins, went to collect after 45 as we needed to be quick as someone was watching our son and we had to wait another 25 minutes. People were coming in to order and leaving with their food before us. Then when we arrived home our chips were missing but it was a 20 mins drive to go back. I ended up having to cook for my son's tea as chips was the only thing he would entertain.

Have been using it for at least 20 years never found fault with it food is great and willing to adapt order for you .

Been using the East Ocean for years and never had a bad meal. Always excellent.

Hot & Tasty, only downfall was even though ordered over the phone, some items are not cooked until you arrive. They state 10 minutes,more like 20.

Excellent Chinese take away. Would highly recommend.

I've tried all the Chinese restaurants in the area and this is by far the best, seaweed is incredible

I ordered from east ocean especially for the special curry (great portions nice food), probably 7 months ago I revisited again tonight for a treat ,and noticed the tray is half the size, but priced the same?not happy 🤪. bring back the original portions,or not going back.

Best Chinese around here, lived in the area for 20 years, will not go anywhere else. Food always tasty , fresh and hot

The food here is usually great. Sadly the staff are usually surly and sometimes rude As they don't deliver you can't avoid it.

Foods ok shame about staff

Unfortunately, our local Chinese had let us down this time. Whenever we have takeaway we choose this venue and have the usual order. Ordered the same again, when it was ready the order was wrong. I overheard the girl tell the kitchen staff "she doesn't want chicken chow mein now" It wasn't a case of I didn't want it, I didn't order it. I then had to wait whilst several other people got their orders and I had to wait for the main I ordered to be made. In the meantime the rest of my order was going cold! When I got my order there was no apology. The rest of my order was only just warm when I got to eat it. Not sure I feel like taking my custom back here, if that's how they treat their customers.

Fantastic Chinese takeaway, but highly recommend calling in and ordering and getting a time to go collect. Could be waiting 30/45 minutes if you go to the shop, as it gets VERY BUSY! WELL WORTH THE WAIT THOUGH 5*

Food was great, best Chinese I’ve tasted in Kirkham so far. Inconvenient they don’t take online orders or card payments over the phone or in store, no online menu available either. In their defence I guess online activity is not mandatory for all businesses.

Order wrong - Got boiled instead of fried rice, got veg in noodles when wanted plain noodles, over-charged too.When went to collect, girl behind counter was on her phone rather than dealing with waiting customers.We called the take-away when discovering the faults, girl that answered said manager would call us back in half an hour - 3 days later we are still waiting.Also the prawn toast was raw!!!*****AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE*******

Always go here for our chinese food. Very good food, very good sized portions & reasonably priced. Busy most days as its well renown locally

Always great food at fair prices. The pancake rolls are the best I've had and they do yellow bean sauce. We travel an 8 mile round trip for the food here. Unfortunately there's no delivery service though.

This place really needs I deliver! I'd of given it stars otherwise.
